Pros
Sturdy and strong. Neck is versatile to turn in desirable position. Easy to reposition and adjust the height.
Stand is a matte black and very attractive. I like it, but have to return my first purchase because i thought it was missing parts.
Cons
It looks neat but i did notice the shape of the ipad pro squished on the middle of the frame where it is clipped after some time. The stand accidently tipped over and smashed my ipad pro to the granite kitchen counter and the screen totally crashed.
