Pros
Blue bands make you more visible and safer when running in the dark. Easy to fit and turn on or off. Choose between steady or flashing light. Great to see andamp; be seen to keep safe on these dark mornings.
My biceps are around 14. Comfy and no complains from rider nor pony! Functionally these arm bands are fantastic.
Cons
They are too big for my wrists and not big enough for my arms. Not very adjustable. They are short and wouldn't fit most mens or womens upper arm.

After about 4 months the light strip behind the outer colour surface breaks through because the outer colour surface has become very brittle
