No way will this think come off the wall unless you want it to but if u every did drop it while assembling the echo dot is 100 protected and wont move at all

The white material is extremely hard and a lot like marble or granite

The security screw holesscrews are not tall enough to fit the backing on with the echo between them

There is about a 18 of an inch gap bewteen the backing plate and the screw holes after the echo is inserted

Im guessing once more people find out about this item and more similar reviews come in the manufacturer will sort it out

Not a flush wall design but not sure if we really want to punch a big hole in the wall
