Pros

I am delighted to say that it well exceeded my performance. Very convenient to use. Cleaning is super easy too and doesn't take much space, unlike the traditional idly makers. But all in all awesome product.

Cons

Cheap plastic with jagged edges, badly mounded/machined. Does leak and the batter drips from the plates through the holes. Totally waste of money.

Manufacturers need to give more expert advice on time and consistency to get soft idli's. Very messy to just make idly's with this aweful idly maker.

Cleaning the tiny holes is a problem may be a cleaning tool with the exact grid and size would have helped cleaning it easily and fast

The product came cracked the first time but got replaced

Shipping

Shipping was fairly quick and the item i received was in excellent condition

Packaging/appearance

The batter should be of little thick consistency to avoid the leakage into the bottom container

Competitiveness

Makes 12 idlis in less than 8 mins
