Like other people i trashed the parts except for the connector and leads and went to wire nuts

Included cable connector was useless and poorly designed

Push in connector would be a better choice since when youre rewiring a workbench fixture like mine theres not much working room or wire length

If you choose another that does not bypass the ballast and the ballast goes bad you have to fix it as well

Not to mention you are paying all the electricity to keep the ballast going until it does go bad
