Several times i have pulled the adapter out and one small piece is left behind

I also dont really like the blue laser light that is emitted from the part that plugs into the electrical socket

The other downside is that when you use an adapter as opposed to batteries you lose your settings on the label maker

For example i always set the margins to narrow to save tape but when you rely solely on the adapter you dont retain those settings
