Pros

Low sides make it great for cooking almost sort of sandwich or griddle-type foods. Finally replaced my warped griddle. Making pancakes is a breeze.

It heats consistently, clea be s easily and has held up to daily use with out any wear. Heats up fast and even. After use the cooking surface cleaned up easily. Definitely handwash and don't overheat.

Cons

It is counterfeit and very cheaply made. This is very flimsy and not good quality. The fact that this happened after only 2 years of relatively mild use is terribly disappointing especially from a globally renowned brand.

My fried eggs do not end up like they should, pancakes are not circular. There's no grip in the back like it shows in the picture.

I am so glad i did as the pan is very well made and does a great job

As some of the other reviews state this pan is quite thin you wouldnt think it would belong to the 34hard anodized34 collection

So oil will always dispersed to the edge instead of stay where they are poured

Price

This square pan serves the purpose but i think they oversell it a bit and i think the price is a bit high
