Pros
It works great and cleans up great! It is great when used on med-high and lower temps. I would have to wait to see how long it will withstand normal wear and tear.
The bottom is nice and thick and the non stick coting is first rate. My only gripe is the center red spot is supposed to turn solid red when pan is ready.
Pricey but worth it. Price is good for the quality. The pan is high quality. Excellent price with great quality.
Fantastic frying pan.

It doesnt stick but the centre is slightly raised so that if you use any oil to aid in browning it runs to the sides
