All the bad i read about this iron and all of it was untrue this works great if you follow a few instructions thats all just follow a few instructions i see this all the time when people buy stuff and it breaks or dont work right people try to blame the seller when in fact its the buyers them selfs that screw the stuff up and blame the sellers

The only drawback and the reason for one less star is minor and only has to do with the obvious control being in the cord itself

This adds weight if you dont have a desk to lay the control and cord on while you work and the cord is not long enough to lay the control on the floor while the iron is in use

First off the stand is so ridiculously cheap and light weight i had to add concrete under it just so it would stay upright and not tip over
