Pros

It is sturdy, super functional, and relatively easy to assemble. All the components are well made and durable. It's beautiful, sturdy and i highly recommend the purchase.

The doors work perfectly, and they shut slowly so no * doors! Also, the door has soft-closure hinges! I like the self retracting hinges. The only drawback is that you can't choose which way the door opens.

The bottom shelf contains 6 to 8 rolls of tp. The shelves are adjustable. It is deep enough but not too deep that one will bump one's head into the cabinet.

Cons

These units are junk! The material is incredibly cheap. This item is not worthy of being placed in my home. Now i will need to find another use for this perhaps in the garage.

Pre-drilled holes were not lined up correctly. The attaching screws are of poor quality. Half inch-one inch gap.
