Pros

Highly recommended by my optometrist. I just grit my teeth and buy it because it does really work. Helps a great deal as this can be painful and irritating.

Systane drops provide the saline and oil. These are fantastic for dry eye issues.

Cons

Bait & switch are not worth the cost. Very hard to administer. This is not only painful for my arthritic hands.

Packaging/appearance

I have always received these bottles with a plastic seal that has to be cut on the bottles

Not sure if new packaging but was not comfortable to use it

This supplier should use better packaging material

I was using the systane eye gel in the small tube

Competitiveness

I use them at night and a different systane drop in the morning

Both individual boxes of systane gel were mangled

If experiencing allergic itchy symptoms i apply and also take a benedryl

Dont need to use them as often as other brands
