Pros
This product moisturizes the best for your eyes. I try to relax when first applied to allow the gel to work. This product has just the right viscosity that will allow daytime use.
After trying different brands and types of otc meds for dry eye relief, these are by far the best for my eye irritation episodes. I have a usb powered eye shade that helps with my blepharitis and to dissolve the drops.
This is a viscous eye lubricant that you can use day or nite. This is about as gooey as i can use during the day.
My only complaint is that the hole in the dropper is too small for thes viscious drops. Using a gel rather than a drop is essential.
Family members swear by systane, so i decided to try them. This protection (for me) lasts for hours. This gel is the bomb.
Cons
Sometimes my eyes are so dry that they make a crusty little sound in my head when i try to blink. I'm so jealous of the people who are having a lot more luck with this! I hope whatever it is, they fix it!
Every time i apply it my vision is blurry for at least 5 to 10 minutes. There appears to be acid in the ingredients.

They lubricate the eye i didnt use during the day as they do make your vision a bit blurry for a short time
