Pros
No adhesive failure at all. I just adhere them to any flat clean surface and they seem to retain their moisture and adhesion. Especially with 2x2 pads.
These pads are great for easing lumbar pain. Also use for my sciatica problem and are excellent. Distributes even pulse.
Remarkably well built for price. Price wise its is very competitive with other similar products. Discounts are often available as well.
Cons
The sticky side of pad is very inefficient due to the type of adhesive. The size on these is great, but if you reposition them, they are done.

Theres either too much gel which slides off the pad or not enough and they up very fast

I like the longer 4 coverage of the pigtail but the serenity pad adhesive smushes over the sides of the pad and pulls away from the electrodes allowing pinprick zaps that hurt

You expect them to wear after many reuses but these get useless rather quickly
