Pros
Good quality fabric insert and the ear surround is soft, pliable and very comfortable. Easy to install, just takes a little patience. They fit my tp-1a model headphones perfectly.
Cons
The inner diameter is also smaller and will not fit comfortably around your ears. It literally falls off when trying to install. Get the originals from bose for $35 with shipping included.

Ok so they want 35 plus shipping for replacement ear cushions which is probably worth it but i did not want to spend that much

My husband thought his bose headphones were ruined because the pads were flaking
After 7 years of use the earpads were shot on our tp1a bose headphones

I also thought there might be an improvement in the leatherlike material that rests against the ears as they have a tendency to disintegrate after a few years of usage

I dug out my who knows how old they are bose headphones and the pads were falling apart
