Installation done by professional technician. The hangers comes down smoothly and can be easily lifted up. Only con is that the ropes gets tangled after the bracket as the bracket is narrow. Pipes are sturdy.

The cloth stand consumes less space in my small compact balcony. It even endures the weight of our heavy winter wear with ease. If installed properly it trickles down to drying height.

This product is diy level 100 plus each pipe goes down. The rod tilts to one side instead of going up parallel to the ground. Mainly because the pipe itself falls down out of plastic cap.

This product is hopeless. But this provision is futile. I am dissappointed. Totally disgusted by the product.
