Pros

Great product with a small issue there is no ice dispenser. Cooling is satisfactory and noise is bearable at the lowest setting. Noise level is not much heavier than the other coolers. Pretty cool air without any odour.

In terms of portability it is very much portable because it has wheel. Cannot be compared to large, bulky desert collers but does its job in a compact footprint.

Remote is very use full and a long useable range. The remote control is handy with the sleep timer and really makes it go a notch higher on the value it offers.

Cons

Worst worst customer care west of mony. Multiple time i contact customer care but no one can respond.

It seems motor has been outsourced and is of very bad quality. Remote was supplied without battery.

What i realized is that the button panel is on top so when you want to operate it with remote its not visible
