Pros

Great quality stay away from chrome plated steel they all fail within a few years. Always go with stainless steel. I'm thrilled to see this product is made out of stainless steel.

The item comes with both a rubber washer and a plastic washer. Plastic washers provide some friction to keep the rod in the full-up position. It fits perfectly and works without leaking unlike a different pop-up drain rod.

Cons

If you have a kohler faucet, this is not what you need. They send you a silver cap and a plastic cap. Had to chuck it in my drill and turn it down to size with sandpaper.
