Helmet is very good but the velcro of elbow knee pads became overstretched after repeated use during the first month of use

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter and i ordered size medium

She is about 5 foot 1 and in i would say a size 1416 girls or womans small if that helps bought i found that these fit her perfectly
