The model is more robust than it looks, but i would recommend purchasing the spare parts kit just in case. Great product. Worth the penny.

Cons
Parts are very flimsy. Returned for refund. Do not order from this seller.
Despite turning off both units and only flying one at a time, changing handsets, etc to no avail. Became faulty after 2 uses; stopped steering properly. Also it is not clear which way up they should be inserted.

Everything works as it should although the charging cable which goes into the helicopter keeps falling out making it difficult to charge

Yes bits of it are cheap but mine survived a great many crashes before a part of the main shaft supporting the top rotor arm broke

And then i remembered that i had kept the spare parts list that came with it with images of each component and part numbers

The fact that this is easily repairable with 1 screwdriver is a delight so not the way of way of most cheap toys
