Pros

The clear bulb seems to be brighter and casts a prettier glow than the frosted white bulbs. The light is great, so it gets hot but that's ok for the lamp setup.

W/800 lumen works well through the complete range from very dim to full brightness. They are dimmable by my old dimmer switches.

Cons

All these bulbs illuminate the same no matter what wattage. Brightness is mediocre and the cost is very high, especially for the light and performance realized. At 1280 lumens this light bulb is about 3/4 the light output as a 100watt bulb. The image ... Read More

They have a bright but still warm light quality that we cannot get with any other type of bulb

I suggest a stronger cardboard be used for packaging

These bulbs use less than 60w but they are bright and light is brilliant

Especially we like that it lasts a long time in the outdoor fixtures
