Pros
They are definitely brighter and whiter than standard halogens. Best bulb so far.
The bulb is very bright, satisfyingly illuminating the road when it's dark. The light shines out farther. Anything along side the road with flourescence on it glows.
Cons
These are not silverstar ultra's. Disappointed in the brightness. Low beam lighting is yellow. Avoid this bulb.
These are the biggest ripoff i have experienced in a while. They work well when they work but burnt out on me after 10 months. These things are absolute garbage and i will never buy another sylvania product.

Quality
I love how bright they are and can deal with the average one year life span that i get out of them
A bit dimmer then my other which has a blue tint but still satisfied
I can live with the shorter than stock life expectancy because the light is brighter and whiter
Price
Price was much better than the same bulbs at the local auto parts chain
It is definitely brighterwhiter than the sylvania basic but not by so much to justify the cost
Is slightly brighter than the cheaper version
Competitiveness
This new sylvania silverstar bulb has made a world of difference
Ive used silverstar headlights for years now without any problems
Ive used the next higher grade sylvania bulbs silverstar ultra and i feel that they are no better than these sylvania silverstar bulbs

I believe the bulb that had burned out on my motorcycle honda xr650l was the original bulb and it was always so dim and ineffective

Unfortunately the bulbs are rather expensive and burn out faster because they run hotter
