Bass was very noticeably amplified when on the bass preset. Balance is perfect, separation is excellent, & zero perceptible interference from the pc. Bass/treble switch is nice.

It’s probably my favorite feature lol. Seems to be reasonably well made. But this fits in a sweet spot right in the middle.

Headphone amp gives clear, undistorted sound. Delivers good power even to speakers and higher resistance headphones.

Cons

The device periodically disconnects from my pc. I either have to wait a few minutes or unplug/plug the usb to re-establish the connection. Periodically disconnecting from the pc, then it stops working all together.

Disappointed even for the cheap pricetag. The amp is pretty weak, but there is really no getting around that with a usb powered amp. At least it properly amplifies.

Im testing it with the truthear hexa i use every day and by itself the mids are thin and treble is on the edge of brittlesharp

Ipod pros worked fine but generic bluetooth receivers like the b30 seem to have a minimum volume that is too loud when used with the ipad
