It was built and shipped within the 2 weeks as promised and delivery only took 1 day to make it to my town there was a delay because the freight company forgot to load it on the scheduled delivery day but steelwater customer service had my back and contacted the freight company on my behalf

Because i paid extra to do that upgrade thats a little disappointing but i dont feel that should take away from the 5 stars on the safe itself since that was an aftermarket upgrade and it was not sold here on this item
