Pros

I like it because it is battery operated and picks up messes quickly. Already have 3 swivel sweepers and like their light weight and easy use. Allows you to get under beds and couches very easily.

Long lasting rechargeable battery. I have a spare on hand to have when my current one quits working good. This new one has the expect power and lasts longer between charging.

Cons

They are again so very sorry and understand my frustration. It is useless. Dont waste your money. Its a scam.

The original battery is dead and the charger will not charge it. One month into using it the darn thing just quits, not the batter but the motor. After removal, it could not be recharged after insertion into a walloutlet.

Flimsy, poorly made and designed. Obviously a cheap, * product.

The handle bends on any slightly rough surface and will flip over, spilling its contents. The center rectangular portion of the undercarriage is just high enough past the pads to scratch the floors.
