This was in an atx form factor case but the case is bottom loaded so the psu is in the bottom of the case and 34hidden34 so the wires have to wrap around from the back

It does not have an 8 pin cpu power cable but you can buy a converter that takes the 4pin cpu cable and a molex cable that gives you your 8 pin connector
