Initially setup on the controller could be tricky so make sure you read the menu

Sometimes i have to sit the controller on the charger and wiggle it around for a minute until the display turns red and lets me know its charging

Controller plays a great battery life is really good so far it does support motion controls and was simple to pair after reading the directions

The initial pairing took a little bit more time than expected mainly due to the fact that nintendo updated the menu layout so the controller settings were in different submenu than the one described in this boxs user menu
