If it is unzipped and flops forward all your stuff comes tumbling out.

The floppy top front pocket and sticky zipper really bugs the crap out of me but the other features really outshine the one major design flaw.

It is also quite washable--i had an incident where this bag was knocked on the floor and later peed on by a cat, and i thought i was going to have to throw it away.

I especially love the durability of the handle on top, as it is reinforced with a plastic surrounded metal cable.
