Back support padding really makes a difference! The straps are well padded and it was a very comfortable carry for a day of travel. The shoulder strap and carrying handle are well-designed to minimize the strain when lifting or wearing the backpack.
Cons
It is made of very thin material and sags when kept on the ground. This has 3 compartments only.

I like it for school because it doesnt look huge like janesport but it doesnt have a lot of pockets which was the down side for me

I bought this bag in august of 2021 to use for college

My only negative for this product if you are using a larger laptop larger than 14inches the top of the laptop will rub on the top of the bag after heavy usage for 1 and a half years the fabric in the large compartment where the laptop was rubbing is now very thin if i used it that heavily with that laptop for another year it would have torn or fallen apart
