It comes all rolled up with the air removed so the box seems way too small to cantain a mattress

As to the softnessfirmness i would say that it is definitely not a firm mattress maybe a little on the soft side of medium but also not soft

Got a cali king instead of the regular king didn’t have time to send it back as we’d have nothing to sleep on and it took almost a week to get to my house
