Pros

Back pocket is the right size for my laptop, and the front pocket is perfect for cosmetics and toiletries. It fits books exactly as it should. On travel days it carries two ipad pros, one in an otter box case, and a kindle fire.

Only complaint is this bag is still “off gassing” but mostly from the rubber handle. At times i will have a very heavy bag, the padded straps distribute the weigh perfectly. But really, is it that difficult to just make the straps more adjustable?

Cons

All of that thick padding makes it very difficult to easily open and close the zippers. Broken stitching causes the shoulder strap to deform under load.

Stay away from this manufacture. Very disappointing swiss gear.

Used it sparingly for the last 18 months. It is really busted and needs to be replaced. Lifetime warranty is useless lip service.

If this was unrepairable id be getting another swissgear backpack no doubt

But he wanted a new one with different pocket options so it was a nobrainer to get him another swiss gear
