Pros

The nonstick coating is great for cleaning as stuck food usually just comes off with running water only. Easy to clean and not messy when cooking sticky foods. They are not cheap but it lasts.

The construction seems rock solid and sturdier than your typical frying pan. The skillets are heavy and distribute heat exceptionally well. Not a scratch, no heat discoloration, bottom remains perfectly flat.



Cons

The warranty is void if you do anything - even use high heat? Poor quality, poorer warrent and waste of money. We won't be buying these again, that's for sure. Spend your pretty pennies somewhere else!

The pan is to the point i don't feel comfortable using it again. It seems like the better deal would be to buy a cheaper 'disposable' pan that you can also use daily for a year, but for $30. Not in my experience.

Due to their patented diamond coating their ptfe alternative is *thinner*, which means it is also less durable. The swiss diamonds website states that the swiss diamond coating does not contain any tefon.

The recipe for the diamond finish was cheapened to make larger profits. This pan desperately needs a riveted handle. Unfortunately, this damage is irreversible and requires the purchase of new cookware.

    I just put it on high and throw olive oil in it now both not recommended from care instructions and its nonstick enough for me

    I fry eggs over easy every day with it and at worstcase sometimes a bit sticks to the bottom and it comes off with a light sponge wipe

    All of my other nonstick pans eventually scratched and the coatings began to flake off dangerous from a food safety standpoint
