I really hop it lasts. I figure if it lasts for 5 years before replacement, it will have been worth the nearly $200 i spent on it. It is worth every penny!

Usually when you cook bacon on a cheap griddle you get the middle cooked and outsides raw. Great for pancakes, french toast and quesadillas. Can do eight pancakes or french toast at a time. Bacon grease can also be used to make pancake batter.

The most nonstick piece of cookware iv'e ever seen. Like our 10 pan it comes with a good coating.

Cleaning and washing are very easy. Wash by hand with soapy warm water. It cleans up easily. It's lightweight and easy to clean.
