There’s nothing like a nonstick surface that doesn’t chip repeal are place in your brain. With a little bit of ghee or oil before cooking, they are still stick free.

They are easy to hand wash to get any organic material off from between the diamond or ceramic particles.

Cons

This company needs to recall the product. It seems that they advertise they have a warranty to make the consumer feel comfortable in spending money on thier products. Maybe i'm wrong, but from what i've read it looks like this is dishonest advertising... Read More

They still got scratched. Once a pan is scratched it's ruined. I also agree with some of the other reviews regarding the scratching and for the price the finish does not hold up.

The manufacturer blatantly claims the product contains no teflon whatsoever.

The company really does a good job on packaging

I assume this is the bare aluminum on the bottom corroding slightly

The one issue i have is that the bottom oxidizes

I gave the pans a fivestar rating for all the categories listed but only four stars overall for the one area that i had an issue with

Much more expensive than copper chef but worth it

But again if you want to put your nonsticks in the oven at over 400 deg these are the only pans
