I really love this laminator but shortly after using it, it stopped heating up properly and wouldn't laminate anymore.

They seem to get stuck to the glass inside the frames.

I have noticed hot feature makes the final product right and without bubbles.

It has a reverse lever (doesn't work that well) but can easily be opened with a screwdriver on the bottom and reassembled if something has gotten too stuck in there.
