Pros
This staple remover is the holy grail. It is incredibly sturdy and can remove multiple staples before you have to toss them out. Cram metal piece under staple2. Hold down paper, and press down on handle towards paper with staple.
It is durable and will order again. Shipped fast and packaged well.
Cons
It only removes 1 side of a staple from paper. Plastic under the blade is too thick to actually wiggle under most staples without tearing the paper. The remover has to be angled just so to pull out the staples.
The staples are hard to remove, even with the ejector. You have to make sure you eject after every staple and this takes too long. The device to clear the staples is in a poor location and it is easily pressed which makes pulling out staples impossibl... Read More

The metal piece easily fits under the staple the sliding plastic part helps to dislodge it and the magnet holds onto it until you can dispose of it
