The chi * settles a woman's legs into the machine and she settles back to read. Both her best friend and father have one as well and they also love theirs.

It is very easy to setup and use. Make sure to read instructions. Thank you to this company for making them affordable!

These machines make a huge difference for my swelling feet, lazy lymphatics and tired legs. They realigned my tailbone and hips with twice daily use for two weeks. It is excellent for stimulating the lymphatic system.

Cons

This machine makes scratchy noise and ankle rests are close to each other. Back and forth gives me bad bruises. It definitely needs more padding on the ankle rests.
