The model with the gray skirt is the one i got. Very happy with the acquisition. Love this cooler.

Bought this for pool use for $28-- works very well. This works great and lasts. This has lasted much longer than originally expected. It is easy to open in the pool and stays afloat forever.

The lid zips shut so even if it flips over you don't lose your drinks! The 6 cup holders on it are great gives everyone with you a place to put their drinks!

Cons

Plasitc too thin and no insulation. I would definitely go with one of those over this one - i believe it was the intex one.
