It goes too far down the back of my head and leta water in if i turn my head to the side at all. If you are a swimmer it distracts more than it protects.

I have really long hair and up until now i had given up on the idea of being able to swim unless i have the rest of the afternoon to wash my hair thoroughly with swimmers shampoo and wait for it to dry

Im not sure if this product just plain cant quite keep the water out all the way or if i need to position my hair a little differently inside the cap but it kept most of my hair dry and the rest of it got only a bit wet
