Before i only wore a regular swim cap and it always fell off during the long races

They are very difficult to put on my headthey ripped up my hairthe water went into my hair through the capthis swimming cap is an exception to many of my complaints

Thats because when i removed the cap after a 30 minute swim my long thick hair was dry except for around the hairline where it was merely damp

I tried several swim caps for long hair including the speedo version

Before swimming i put it up in a high ponytail wrapped into a tight bun and clipped

Not with this swim cap i merely have to blow dry around the hairline to restore my hair to the condition it was in before swimming
