Pros & Cons
Pros
This brown sugar substitute has great flavor without a strange cool feeling you get from some of the sugar substitutes. If you have to go paleo or keto, this is your answer. No aftertaste and goes perfect with all my baking needs.
Maybe it just is and we're lucky to have it at all, but maybe with enough of us buying it, it can come down. As with all things that are created as a substitute…. I love how easy it is to use.
Cons
Erythritol contains gluten and/or genetically modified corn. Great for dieting and diebeties, but not worth the price. When using this, it was not cooked into the porridge.
After doing some research, buyer beware! Way to expensive. Non-returnable so total waste of money.
