Pros

Would buy again and recommend as a gift. Good customer service. This is one water kettle i would recommend. It's so amazing!

The kettle is like a thermos and keeps the water hot for a long time. It heats up quickly, and the outside stays cool to the touch. True as advertised - super fast to heat up water.

The very heavy cord is especially nice. Seems tough as nails. I do wish the lid was removable for easier filling.

Cons

Not a fancy model, but definitely will not be purchasing this again. This is disappointing as this is the shortest lived electric kettle i have ever owned. Need to do research on different brands before ordering a new one.

Now we have to move it around until it can connect and work.

It is one of the noisiest kettles i have owned. When pouring water out the spout, it will seep out of the edges.

It was important to me to have a kettle containing no plastics in contact with the water

I’ve never had a problem with the water boiling crazy out while pouring as i read in a couple reviews

This has nothing to do with the kettle you just have terrible water

Anyone who has any issue with the kettle looking unclean or a build up happening has a water quality issue

Packaging/appearance

I also appreciate the lack of plastic within the heated water portions of the kettle

Only thing i wish it had were fill line markings on the inside of the kettle which are handy to have

It remains to be seen but rust issues would normally occur after leaving water in the kettle continuously for long periods of time
