I almost returned this bag for one major flaw

When you fill this up with some weighty items the opening sags substantially moreso when you carry it by the handle

I wanted to use the front pockets for some of my tech but they were extremely vulnerable to falling out because when carrying by the handle items are fully horizontal and can easily fall out

Not as easy as it sounded as so many of these types of bags are padded for a laptop made of poor material too small to be functional etc

The only thing that would make this bag 34perfect34 would be adjustable canvass straps with quick release buckles to fully secure the flap down
