Pros

Made me sweat when i do my cardio. I wear it on top of my shirts when i go on long runs (21 km) because it rubs a bit. The larger size plus-size friendly, stretchy and accurately described.

I dnt believe that it helps reduce inches. Having something tight around the stomach will exacerbate the problem. The size fis a lot bigger.

    Now i did have the thought that maybe that would just be my normal sweat amount that would normally soak into my shirt…but no this was way more

    Sometimes when i’d bend or move in certain ways i could feel a trickle of it makes it’s way down certain areas where my tights would soak it up
