Pros

Both models do an admirable job in keeping sweat out of your eyes. I am sure my eye doctor would heartily endorse this product as well. If you get in to that habit, this thing is a lifesaver.

I'm a runner, and this gutr works far better than a sweat band. Use in south cycling in hot humid weather.

Make sure it is secured snugly, but not too tight. Where the first version has velcro and an o-ring, mine has an adjustable elastic strap.

Cons

The band goes behind the head and interferes with the headlock system on many helmets. The gutter portion of the sweat gutr is 5 inches shorter. I ordered halo band to see how that works, i am not satisfied with this one and also it is not comfortable... Read More

Not a fan. Not for heavy sweater. The channel is simply too narrow. Halo is much better.
