    As there is no fabric headband involved there is no problem with having to put on a cold sweat soaked head band after stopping for a while.

    Years ago when i ran more and was much lighter i would wear regular sweatbands, but they would always become soaked through and eventually would be useless for keeping sweat from my eyes.

    It's good for running and cycling but for any activity that involves dynamic movements like burpees, it does not keep the sweat out of the eyes.

    I am a serious recreational road cyclist who averages 100-120 miles per week and i have used sweat gutr for several years and it is the only band that keeps sweat out of my eyes.
