In humid florida bike riding you sweat a lot and it doesnt evaporate. When it's august in phoenix, arizona, the temp and humidity are ungodly.
The gutr is amazing! This thing is phenomenal. The new improved model with the new hooking mechanism is better than the older one. The sweatband is simply awesome.
Intuitively it seems like this item would work, more so when you feel the high quality silicon rubber. Secondly, it works great!
Cons
It's possible that the sweat was wicking through the helmet pads, then dripping directly from there, bypassing the gutr completely. Get a head band, not this. I just ordered a cooling helmet liner in the hope it'll do even a marginally better job then... Read More

But a it didnt work and b that puts hot fabric over my forehead which takes away an important heat radiator
