This is an okay shtf tq until you get access to a cat

It has markings that when stretched to a certain point become squares indicating that it is now a tq and those rulesguidelines apply

You wrap the band around the limb and start stretching as you wrap until the printed rectangles turn into squares and the ovals into circles
