Pros & Cons
Pros
It works well and doesn't clump like another brand i tried that was terrible for mixing. It dissolves very well, is always well packaged, priced competitively, timely delivery.
This stuff bulks well. And it really works for regularity. The only negative is the price, which i find to be a bit prohibitive.
This is the best fiber supplement i've found. Very effective and economical fiber source. Works just like fibre is suppose to.
Inulin is a resistant starch, which is essential to gut health. This acts as a food for my probiotic ferments i make. It works for me, it's easy to digest and it takes care of the problem. You know when you're in an emergency poop situation?
Cons
The swanson inulin is very sticky and clumps when i try to mix it. Chicory is not for everyone because it has some sugar in it. The product listing says a single serving has five grams of dietary fiber.
