Pros

This product is always on time, and always packaged well. Great company and the variety of strains make it a perfect affordable probiotic to stack with whatever else. The ingredients looked like what i wanted.

Swanson probiotic with prebiotic 16 strain supplement. Good preventive probiotic. Infantis type bacteria are the only ones thus far that help keep my gut health in balance.

Cons

There was an extra label stuck on the bottle and no expiration date shown. Suspicious that expiration date was covered by a second barcode sticker! Tablets expire in two months.

What an amazing difference this product is compared to any other that i’ve ever used

My system didnt notice any difference as i added these and stopped the old brand
