Pros

Magneseum oil is a good way to lessen pain in your joints. Works well for'restless legs', also it helps with pain. Helps me sleep! Good for muscle cramps and aches, digestive issues, helps relax before sleep.

Product now spreads evenly and consistently. Seems like a fairly concentrated product. I use magnesium chloride as my magnesium of choice.

What a great multipurpose way to use magnesium. Works great on the forearm. Fades sun spots for example.

Cons

Magnesium oil from swanson health products causes intense itching. Potency is inconsistent across individual bottles. It's like smearing glue on yourself, then washed my hands & had to sleep with the socks.

Be forewarned. This product has been dilated. After 3-4 tries, it was discarded. And rereview it.
